Religious Beliefs

They believe that God has a divine plan for everyone and everything. There is a belief of two paths, heaven or hell. Heaven is believed to grant endless peace, while hell is composed of never ending sorrow. It is believed that God will save the ones who live by his virtuous word in the bible. Many of the theories are inspired by the last book in the bible, Revelations. Most of the teachings are threatening and frightening to encourage moral living.

The TrinityThe core belief of the Trinity is that there is One God, whom is the Father (God), Son (Jesus Christ), and Holy Spirit. The trinity is not included in the Bible, however it s a theological label that summarizes its' passages. Many Christians admit that it sounds like a contradicting doctrine. The Christian Year
Sacraments
BaptismA Baptism is a ritual cleansing with water as an initiation rite. It is a sign of moral purification, a new life, and readiness for God's Kingdom. Baptisms vary in practice. Some Christians emerge the entire body and others sprinkle of water on their head. It can be controversial between Christians determining when a Baptism should be performed. Catholicism, Orthodoxy, and ceremonial forms of Protestantism forms practice infant Baptism, while other Protestantism forms argue Baptism should be a ritual done as a voluntary sign of initiation, thus it should be reserved for adults. The video below demonstrates a couple differences in performance.

Eucharist
The Eucharist, also known as the Communion or Lord's Supper is a sacrament performed as an act of obedience to Jesus's instructions regarding the commemorating of his death on the cross given the night before he died. The three Synoptic Gospels tell the story including his instructions. In order to perform this ritual, the major elements are bread and wine to recall his body and blood. The video below demonstrates how to receive the Eucharist.
